The building is located in the old district, and there are many old buildings in the area, such as Patio da Claridade and Patio do Mungo. Referring to the colour scheme of the Patio do Mungo, the overall colour scheme of the building is in a light colour as the base colour, a green colour as the pop-up colour and the bronze (metallic) colour as the detail decoration.

The building is divided into two parts, the ground level will be the retails – cultural and creative related activities. The upper levels will be the residential units.
