2022 Architecture Competition Iceland Movie Pavilion

The concept has testified the filming methodology by intaking the unique Icelandic nature through its corridor. Conceived as a single oval shape volume penetrated by a rhythm of transparent walls, it redefines the threshold of the outdoor and indoor, the visitor’s experience will always involve the surrounding landscape. The corrugated glass and layers of transparent partition involves extremely subtle and sophisticated plays on the relationship between physical movement and visual perception.
